In Puerto Rico on june 23 I ask to pay for 2 bags and today were are do the same until a Jet blue attendance told us there are carry on baggage. I also notice that on 23 june when I enter the plane. Today they told us to make a complaint. They also told us that of the Airline need to free space, they will ask us to drop at gate for free. That was the casé today. The total I paid was $75. I kindly ask for a refund. Thanks. User's recommendation: Be very aware of that.
