Update by user Oct 01, 2019 Someone reached out to me via my Direct Message on Instagram after I submitted my complaint to their DM. I was told to call a number to submit my concerns which I did, but I never heard back from anyone. Original review posted by user Sep 01, 2019 I normally have a great experience with At Home with the exception of today August 31, 2019. The cashier Jane didn't bag my baggable items. She was rushing and didn't show any professional behavior or represent this store with the proper etiquette at all. When I turned around and asked her for bags because she didn't bag my items, she handed me five bags. I turned around to get back in line. I asked for a manager. She said she don't think a manager was there then she said "wait" and called a co-worker who she tried to present as a manager. The co-worker apologized while bagging the items and said she shouldn't have done that. The co-worker provided me the name of the manager and said to call tomorrow to speak to him about the situation. If I would have been a first-time customer this would have left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
