I ordered some plants.order No: [protected] They were delivered in a battered box upside down & dying. Contacted via their ticket system send photographs & was told they were looking very healthy & have dies within 2 days of delivery. I have sent FB messages, Twitter mesages. Messages through their wed site NO response. I have never come accross a company with such disregard for customers. Trust Pillot has many complaints the same. All i have asked for is a refund & i expect them to honor that.
