bad service with eat24 and subway!

I ordered two subs with my Eat 24 app. I waited 20 minutes past the ETA time and then called Subway with the number given on the app, and I was told that they didn't make my order because they don't work with Eat24. I told her that someone took my money and I was not happy. She didn't really seem concerned...in fact, she was a bit flippant! So then I called Eat24, and this guy said he would call Subway and see what could have happened. So now this process had taken 35 minutes past my ETA time as I'm waiting for some solution. The guy finally gets back on the phone and says he doesn't know what happened and the manager wasn't there. So, he said he would make sure I received my refund. I thought that was big of him! Meanwhile, I have hungry guests and no food. I was not even given a credit for time and trouble, or much of an apology. It was just, "I don't know what happened." Very bad business!!!
