Bad service incomplete install

I was quoted for a new alarm system and paid upfront 100%. 2 weeks later I still don't have a working alarm system. All I got was excuses and deflection when my instructions were to get it fixed. And to top it all I have been a paying customer for 20 years User's recommendation: Definitely don't use them.
