Bad service department won’t honor warranty.

Terrible service. Nothing but a cash grab. I brought in my fiance's 2016 model a few days ago because the air conditioner stopped working. They looked at it for a few minutes and told me it was going to be $130 for diagnostics and wouldn't consider doing any warranty work until we paid in advance for the diagnostic. I immediately called Lawrence Kia to see about an appointment, they got me in next day, within 3 minutes had diagnosed that a hose was cracked and breaking apart, and had the car fixed under warranty at no charge to me, including a recharge of the AC system. It obvious that Shawnee Mission Kia wanted us to pay that $130 up front so they could then charge Kia for the warranty work as well. Abysmal service.
