Bad service and will not do refund

I placed order in may 2020, this is July and I still don't have my order. Requested a refund and they say they will not give refund only store credit. That is not what their policy says. No product and out $50. I will NEVER buy from them again and I will tell everyone I know. User's recommendation: Find a different reputable store.
