bad service and slow in resolving problems

I signed up for YAK in 2008 July. After calling YAK at least 20 times, in October, they finally started to look into the billing. Then, after that, there has been always mistakes on the billing. When I pointed them the errors, they never respond. They only respond by disconnecting the service once they don't get the full payment. The company also says it has the right to change its policy anytime. And they seriously do. They are not the honest service provider in town. Don't be tempted by their price because you are still overpaying for their service considering their poor quality service.
