Do you not use JetBlue! They change my flight multiple times, ruining my vacation. When I canceled my flight after being on hold for three hours they told me it would be credited to my credit card, however it was not. I called back, another three hours, and was reassured it would go to my credit card. It did not. They gave me bank credit. When I tried to use the bank credit the online process would not allow it so another six hours on hold just To have my flight changed again! When they finally called me back one day when I requested a call back they called at three in the morning! Do not use JetBlue User's recommendation: Do not use JetBlue even if it cost a little more money to go somewhere else.
