The house has multiple issues which require repair or replacement but the Agent and Owner will not respond to requests, will not resolve serious issues with the rental property. The sanitation and water supply is a total disaster, the windows are rotting and riddled with mould. The carpets will not be cleaned between rentals, the agent will not answer questions as to why repairs are not carried out to correct problems, the owner will not spend money to make repairs or maintain the property. The house is advertised as unfurnished but is in fact partially furnished because the owner has stored furniture in the house. The garage will not take even a small car, it's purely a storage shed.The agent and the owner will present a lease contract which strongly favours them and past tenants have discovered as bad as the lease is the agent and owner will not meet their responsibilities.
