Bad service and information

I drove out of my way to get a part that they have two of. When I show up they tell me that they have both of them but because theres not a sequence number to find it that they cannot sell it to me. So I asked if they had the part or not and then they told me no. I left with no part and frustrated because the customer service was bad and they left me confused. I spend a lot of money at AutoZone and this is not acceptable. User's recommendation: Definitely won’t recommend.
