Bad Service and Customer Service

Update by user Mar 15, 2021 Last week, after I wrote my complaint about missed Monday pick up, Republic showed up in a pickup truck on Wednesday and emptied the contents of our recycling can into a garbage can and took it away. Today, I had to send Republic another missed pickup notification for the recycling can. I have not yet changed providers because it is a pain. Original review posted by user Mar 09, 2021 Recycling not picked up for second time in a month, 2/8/21 and 3/8/21. First time called customer service everyday and was told it would be picked up next day but never picked up that week. Yesterday was second time, and called and was told it would be picked up today but was not. Called today and told it will be picked up tomorrow but I highly doubt it will be. So aggravating I got few quotes from other service and will be switching.
