Bad quality product and terrible customer service

Ordered this board from Hoverboard360 website and I'm very disappointed with my purchase. And I also would like to say that these guys have the worst customer service ever! Used my board three times and it broke. When I asked for a refund they said no, asked for a replacement and there was no again. They even refused to fix it and said that the only thing they can do is giving me a store credit! And to get one I was supposed to send the broken item back at my own expense. How ridiculous is that? Bad quality product, terrible customer service, horrible experience. Never again!
