This site works my nerves. At some point during my search, I always get the "upgrade" box and I just started my subscription a few days ago. Emails go unanswered. I get no support. I like the fact that a lot of archives are available for searching but I'm not able to access it. I believe with all the trouble I'm having there should be some type of resoultion but I'm getting no response when I contact support.
