Purchased in 2017 had nothing but problems. They never finish install repairs, a/c only works in 1/2 of the house. They never leveled the house properly claiming it was the foundation *the foundation they said was needed* turned out to be family of the sales guy and just garbage. Floors are already sagging and they use any cheap contractor who don't know what they are doing if they even show up. They are rude and once you sign papers to buy could care less if you even get your home delivered and set up. This company does not care about the consumer only about making as much money as possible on a subpar product. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM CLAYTON HOMES!!!!
