had my Napoleon gas grille for 30 days when 1 of the burners started on its own after being shut off and covered for 2 days I noticed that the igniters were clicking and didn't stop until I disconnected the gas line. Lots of melted parts. I called the service number 3 days in a row with the 1 hour wait message. this was in the month of May 45 days later I got ahold of service and they started sending me the melted parts at at a time User's recommendation: Buy Weber.
