Bad product and did not receive all of my order

I ordered 2/20...received 3/8...2 winter coats that were terrible...4 winter booties for my dog and received 2. I was told if I wanted to return it...it would go to Austria...I would have to pay shipping...I would get a partial store credit ...no answer on my shorted order...the coats stunk so bad I couldn't keep them in my house! I cannot believe these people stay in business! User's recommendation: Do not buy from these people!!!!
