They marked my profile as a spammer for some reason and I've submitted a dozen requests to have it changed back because I am not, but so far no response in more than a week. They have no phone number to call, only an online "request form". Now I am unable to chat with my friends or answer any messages. I may as well delete my profije. User's recommendation: Find a different social site.
