Asslam-o-Alaikum, POOR AND EXTREMELY BAD MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDED IN THE AREA BY YOUR COMPANY Dear Sir/Madam I'm awfully sorry to bring it under your kind notice that the mobile service your company currently providing in our area (Rizwan Garden, Canal Road, Near Jallo Park, Lahore) is very poor, highly disturbing, extremely bad and not up to the mark. And this unpleasant situation has been going on for the last many months but still no proper attention or solution is given to the subject issue by your company. The affected area includes Harbanspura, Lahore Medical Society, Jallo Park, Batapur, Ghous Garden, Al-Hafeez Garden AND G.T.Road and Canal Road, Lahore suburbs also. Since this area is not only residential but also highly commercial, business-oriented and semi-industrial and due to bad and technically defective network / coverage provided by your company to its customers is clearly not only the meaning of irresponsible behavior but also unprofessional attitude in public-circles and today highly competitive-world. Due to facing such continuous and prolonged ugly situation, people are not only missing to receive important inter personal and business calls/talks with each other that definitely meant to complete loss of money, time, engagements, pre-arrangements, social services, business schedules and lot more at customer end but also causing declining business trend at your end because people are changing their network and not accepting Warid / Mobilink Sims in the affected area. The main problem includes poor signaling in the house/indoors and the customers are forced to come out of their homes or go to open areas / roofs or go upstairs to make or receive the call and while staying in the room there are no or very poor signal problems due to absence / lack of full-length or satisfactory network coverage in the aforesaid affected area. And other problems are repeated call breaking, taking too long dialing process time, identifying valid number as invalid number by your system, recognizing desired correctly dialed number as closed / inactive number by your system and so on. Keeping in view above, I am hopeful and optimistic that you will take immediate remedial steps to improve the situation at a satisfactory and qualitative level for the entire satisfaction of your customers in these affected areas under intimation to us (or through public notice) because the customers are very upset and sick of this horrible situation which are causing them mentally and financially disturbed.
