i was a tenant for 5 years. I loved the house when in moved in because it has a built on room. Needless to say it is a disastor. The roof been leaking for years they kept patching it up. I lost so much furniture in there. Rain comes through the walls and the floor started cracking more. All the people they send to check it says it need to be torn down and rebuilt. They want do it. But they raise rent every year year. moyyear. Its a User's recommendation: Rent from someone else. They are hard to get ahold of. the 800 number is even wrong.
