I wanted to start off by thanking you for getting intuch with me . At this point I've gone all deferent way to figure out what I should do about the situation . As of 03/08/21 I sent off a return package to Victoria secret with 3 items going back .I haven't heard anything from the company yet but I do have a tracking number and I feel like I finally got the Help I've been trying to to get the hole time just from the last call to customer service and finally received the help I need .
