I purchased a jacket and three pieces of luggage from them in 2006. After that I was given three more jackets and three more pieces of luggage over the years as gifts. Every piece of there gear was quality except for the zippers. EVERY piece of gear had premature zipper failures. Also, my Adrenalin jacket has "shoulder pucks" that have fallen apart. I can't find a way to contact them directly. All I want to do is get replacement shoulder armor that I can replace myself User's recommendation: Buy something better.
