Bad follow up and not replying to messages.

Send the incorrect helper on first visit, after which sales person made unnecessary comments. Cleaning not done properly on both occasions. Made the floor slippery and dirty (worse then before cleaning). Salesperson (Keith) mentioned that can contact him anytime, however this doesn’t seems to be the case. Send multiple emails and not even one reply. Very bad service. Think twice before engaging.
