Bad feeling

Purchased Super HD 3MP system w/4 cameras w/8 camera capacity. Web site confusing on what is compatible to add cameras to system. Called support and the girl could't answer questions let alone answer and said would get right back to me. One week later with no response I Emailed specifics and questions, still no responce. Really disappointed that I sent so much time and money running cables, some in conduit, to find that basic help and info is nonexistant. I will try one more time and if there are no satisfactory results then its time to file complaint with FTC consumer division. I suggest anyone with issues do the same. If enough people do so things may improve. Most company do like FTC prying up their keister with a flashlight.
