Update by user Mar 12, 2020 what will pissed consumer do? I emailed them asking for atleast 50% refund but they are adamant in 300 rupees refund which I never received. I have reported them to consumer bureau. Original review posted by user Mar 12, 2020 I ordered a bouquet for 2nd Feb 2020 a week before from US. They emailed me at 10:55 pm on 1st feb (which is ~9:30 am on 2nd Feb 2020 in India) saying that they do not have the requested flowers and they send the wrong bouquet. My complaint is that they would have called if that was the issue and most importantly make prior arrangements since I placed the order a week before. When I asked for a refund of 949 rupees (~$15 at that time) they gave me 20-30% discount on my 'next order' which I am never going to do. Finally I decided on 50% discount and they did not say anything but just send me 300 rupees which I never received. User's recommendation: do not use them.
