Bad experience with vehicle purchase

I see all of the great reviews on the Carvana web site, all of which are good, but where are the negative ones, go to the Better Business Bureau website if want to see what Carvana does not post. I had the very worst experience and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. First of all they only have one phone number to call and there is always a minimum of 10-20 wait time and on a couple of occasions the wait time was over an hour, of course I opted to have them call me back. I spoke to 7 different "advocates" and at least 5 told me that they had been with the company for less then one month. During the process of purchasing a vehicle there is a financing section asking for your logon and password for Carvana to verify funds in you bank account. Not happening. There is the option of a three way conversation with the bank to confirm funds but that can't be done so you must go to the bank in person. I asked the "advocate" to call me at a specific time when I was at the bank as I had to wait in my car as the bank does not allow people to sit inside. The "advocate" did not call me for almost an hour after the scheduled time. Once inside the bank the advocate spoke to the bank manager who confirmed my funds in my account. I returned home to complete the on line process as I had already sent Carvana documents confirming a loan from my credit union, which by the way was at 2.2% and Cavanas best rate is 3.9% Then, later that evening I received an email asking me to send proof in the way of a cashiers check for the deposit. Now why didn't the "advocate" ask me to get a cashiers check while I was at the bank. So I had to go back the next day to get a cashiers check. I had advised a couple of the "advocates" in phone conversations that I was going to be out of town on business until the next Monday afternoon and would send them a copy of the balance due funds from my credit union upon delivery of the vehicle on Thursday. All required documents were submitted by Tuesday and a contract had been signed, now all I had to do was wait for the car to be delivered and give the driver all of the payments due. I never heard back from any "advocates" who were supposed to call me and confirm the delivery for Thursday but then much to my surprise on Wednesday evening I get an email telling me the car that I was interested in was available. So I go on line and there is the vehicle I was buying being processed to another buyer. All of the paperwork I submitted and contract I signed is no longer available to me in my account when I sign in. I have proof of all documents, cashiers check, Credit Union loan and of my car insurance. Well will someone please tell me what the **** this is? I still have not heard from anyone from Carvana. Maybe it was Devine intervention and the vehicle must have had unknown issues as did the thousands of customer complaints about Cavana on the Better Business Bureau web site. If you don't care about what I wrote, please proceed with some caution and read all the negative reviews on the BBB web site, people not getting their deposits back for months or discovering that the vehicle they purchased had been in major or minor accidents and this information was not disclosed by Carvana and hundreds of those customers have been stuck with repair bills. I will say that the "advocates" I spoke with, Kristin, Justin, Shea, Megan and Sofia were very polite and friendly, just not all were knowledgeable about Carvanas policies or what documents were needed. Billionaire CEO Ernie Garcia III may never see this complaint but I hope that someone in his company will make him aware.
