Bad experience with flash pass

I purchased the 70$ flash band and returned the band at the end of the day. I was told that it would be refunded once watched returned. I visited the park on 6/6/21 and days later there is still no refund. I finally got in touch with someone and she said I lost the band thats maybe why so I explained to her that I had the receipt that the band was returned and I would be refunded. Days later still no refund. I feel like Im being cheated out my money and this make me never want to return to this park again.
