Bad experience. I’ve been promised new latest router and free three months service. None has been provided. It’s loads of lies.

Can I have some respect and respect if you are what you say. I have no respect for people who don't meet their promise. I have been very patient. I spoke your representative on the 15th of June 2021 over a month ago. I was promised that she will contact me every week until problem is resolved. She said that I'll have 3 months free service. Can you solve this or I'll cancel the direct debit.
