I went into the manassas store just looking to spend money ! The lady doing the jewelry counter when I asked to see anything she just gave me the price never offered to let me see let alone hold anything to look closely and decide if I like or want . There was a lamp it had a 39$ price tag I really wanted the lamp so I ask if I could get a light bulb to see if the light works for 39$ I was told they dont allow that ! It dont matter the cost if I want it .I buy it ! Ive been a long time customer there and seen the turn over and the changes in management its not any better in fact its worse now than ever ! User's recommendation: Don’t go to the manassas store!
