Called customer service after my purchase was flagged as fraudulent, The person on the other end of the phone had an extremely flat affect and made me feel as if I was a scammer trying to pull the world over his eyes. Was a negative experience and still have not received my refund for the so-called fraudulent charge that I made with my credit card that I have utilized a bunch of times before and after... Great watches, however I did not enjoy the conversation I had with customer support, very robotic, not understanding, never one apology, very poor fraud detection software. User's recommendation: None, it was just a weird interaction.
