Bad customer service experience

Agree with the rest of reviews posted here; the customer service is really just awful. We ordered a dress for an event, with plenty of time, but it never arrived. The tracking marked delivered but we never received it. Once we relayed the information to customer service they said we had to wait 4 additional days before we could file a missing package dispute, even though the tracking number already marked delivered. In addition, there was no sense if urgency from the representative, in fact she was dismissive and appeared in a hurry to get off the line. Four days later we called to formally place the missing package request, and that was done quickly. But again, there was no sense of urgency from the rep and there was no real apology or something of that kind. A few days later we received an email saying our refund will be processed. No explanation, no apologies, no nothing. Bad customer experience all the way around.
