bad customer service especially complaint department

Hello My name is Shady Makram, Vodafone Egypt user since more than 3 years ago... I am not that kind of person that always complain, my complain since first day with Vodafone is very very few. I am a RED plan user since day one and that should be a first class plan plan with a great customer service which I never feel especially in my current problem. When I registered in that plan they offer me 2 trips with (Kareem ride) with (100LE) plus one trip for every RED family (I have 3 family member in my account), then suddenly they downgraded to 1 ride for 100LE, then downgraded to 1 ride to 50LE Suddenly they stop Kareem ride and when I call after 2 months they compensate me and when I ask about what about next month, customer service agent confirm to me he don't have any info now but for sure Vodafone will compensate me Later after more 3 months, Vodafone Egypt return careem ride but instead of 2 ride (100LE each) they give me only 2 rider (25LE) I don't have any problem with that, I just called customer service 21 Aprril 2019, ask them what about last 3 months, they confirm that careem ride is optional offer and we can't compensate you, I asked him to make a complain because last agent never told me so, so he offer me 150LE as a compensate but i must not make any complain, I refused and I confirmed that I am not seeking for money, I want to be sure that what customer service confirm to me must be correct. He make the complain, one day later, lady called me, for sorry I can't remember her name but sure her call is recorded, she is from complain department. My request is only please re listen to this call which is 22 April 2019, to listen the way she was talking with me, for 15 minutes she tried to convenience me that Careem ride is optional and I can't ask about it, I confirmed to her that my complain was not careem ride, my complain was I need you to listen to first customer service agent who confirmed to me that I will be compensated, she never listen or read my complain, and she repeat same words, careem ride is something you can't ask for, she was very taught and she make me so nervous, after she make me very angry... she offer me same offer, 150LE, !!!, I refused for sure Finally I confirm to her, the package I pay for, I must got same, and if you change that, you should contact us, she insist, so I asked her I need to shift to another company, she said go to the other company Really sorry after more than 3 years with Vodafone, that was the customer service i should deserve and finally I have to shift to another company(really sorry). (note: I got a record phone call 22 April to measure if was satisfied for complain call, and i confirmed that i am totally disappointed, but never got any follow up calles Hope you care about my complain Best regards Client name:Shady Makram Nasr Client number: [protected] Date of incident : 21 and 22 April Desirable resolution: evaluate for the customer service quality we got with Vodafone Egypt specially with complain department which it should be a way to solve not a problem reason.
