Bad Customer service call experience

There is a girl or woman, I cannot tell, I didn’t get her name correctly. After I tell her that the renter can’t speak with her because he has already back to China and cannot speak English, and she told me that I cannot assist you unless he is on the phone! I know everything about the renter and he is my father, how could I just have no right to know what’s wrong with our reservation? The girl’s attitude is so bad and she dropped my phone in the end! So it just means if I don’t have my father by my side I just don’t have the right to reach the costumer service? And I am not the costumer?? I just I am not OK with her attitude and the way she solve problems!! In the end I “pretend” to be my father just want to show her that I cannot get father on the phone! If I really want to pretend I won’t even use my own voice! She is the worst I have met with any costumer service from any company!! I don’t even want to rent another car from advantage in the future because of this awful experience!
