Bad customer service / billing
After having a really bad experience staying in a hotel ( left after the first night bc it was horrible)Expedia told me that I was going to get the reimbursement in the following 10 days Nothing has been reimbursed and now Im talking to Expedia again and they are denying that they were going to give me the money back. This is poor customer service and a fraud. I cant believe they promise you something and then left you hanging.
