i have been in contact with loan care for 3 days now, each day i try and call a person to help me, i wait for over 3 hours on hold and still no help. my loan was paid off in full and they reported me to the 3 credit agencies that i was late after my loan was paid off in full, no more loan! i cannot get a supervisor on the phone or to call me back. very bad customer service on there part to fix this problem with the credit agencies agencies User's recommendation: dont do business with them.
