Bad cup

Cup doesn't work properly so I tried to call nuby and NOBODY ANSWERS IT SAYS NOBODY IS HERE TO TAKE CALL OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT....I WILL NEVER BUY A CUP FROM NUBY AGAIN... THE NUMBER THAT THEY PUT ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGE TAKES YOU TO A CALL THAT JUST WANTS YOU TO PICK OPTIONS...NOPE NEVER AGAIN..I WASTED MY LAST MONIES ON NUBY...BYEEEEBYEEEE User's recommendation: Do not buy.
