The person was able to help me to the best of their ability. They kept cutting out, and I couldn't hear them multiple times and seemed a tad aggravated that I kept asking them to repeat themselves. Also, they talked SO slow. Which I understand is to try to be clear for the person to understand what they are saying. User's recommendation: Yes if you have patience.
