Bought two dresses from house of fraser Westfield and I specially asked twice the lady on the till about refund policy bcz i was buying the dress for my daughter and she was not with me and the lady in the till said it won't be any problem returning during the 28 days , but two days later when i bring the dresess back to return the manager was so rude and harassing and he blamed me of lying and he didn't give me the return, won't buy from this company again User's recommendation: I don't recommend.
