We bought water system around 2 years ago, we choose this company because they said it’s good, last year somebody did maintenance like tune-up etc and everything is ok, today (8/14/18)we had evening appt around 3.10 he came(different guy)he checked outside and told us, change like clamp or something for $170ish so we don’t need tune-up every year, we agree with that, and filter under the sink around $130, we ok with that after over than 1 hour, he told us we need membrane, because water line too low or something like that, and will make bad quality water, and we ask him if your system so good why we will get bad water and water too low ?instead give us explanations He more pissed, he said I’m done selling *** he keep said I’m not selling something if you want talk I can call the office and you talk with them, he tried call but no one pick up the phone, and he grab his stuff,curse on us and he said I’m out of here and I told him make sure you did your job and his said his job done, and he don’t want doing anything else if we don’t want buy the membrane for $129,he walk away and said have a nice f***king day to us, throw away his stuff to the van and drive like crazy, he’s not even give us receipt. Never ever have experience like this before, don’t know how he get hire. Don’t have respect at all to the customer and we tried call to office and still have 10 minutes before they close, nobody pick up the phone even we want try paying “unforgettable” service he give to us today. :
