One order last summer had very short expiration dates of about 6 months of shelf life. I accepted that as the prices are low. I ordered two strengths of Nextgard recently, and another non-prescription item. The non-prescription items (same item but more than one) were never sent. They held the order as I needed another strength added to prescription part of order due to weigh of dog. I approved the additional box(s) but order was never sent. Called back and order still on hold and getting emails that there was a problem. No problem, so order cancelled. Flash ahead approximately a week later and I suddenly get notice that the order is shipped without my approval and that it is a recurring order. How does a cancelled order become recurring? Called immediately and it already shipped at a price almost $20 more than the original order even with a discount added (for recurring product) to the order in transit. I go into order online and cannot see a recurring order, just a cancelled order and then the new order shipped. They aren't able to make the price the same as the original. So after an exhausting conversation they sent an order that they would not send originally without additional strength, not approved by me after cancellation, leave off the non-script items, and make a cancelled order recurring. And they have my card on file. Amazing. Let's see what the expiration date is this time. AND I was told I can return for a refund once received, but there was no return authorization sent. They would apply refund to my card. Since they deleted my card on file - hmmmm. Not sure I want to end up paying for something they say they never got as a return or end up paying good money to prove it was returned and then spend hours on the phone trying to get refund. The employee who answered has no authority to make anything right, and when explaining something it is easy to confuse him. The frustration alone is worth buying somewhere else. Check out Walmart's prices and Chewy.com always make the customer happy when something goes wrong. User's recommendation: Use another vendor. There is a reason prices are lower.
