Bad Attitude And Bad Service

Date of Incident: 16 Sep 2015 Time: 1.15pm Location: CT Hub Level 1 Details: Wasn't aware that a packet of vegetarian sweet & sour chicken with rice have to wait for more than 20mins. Purposely went there after 1pm to avoid lunch crowd. No one advise me that the waiting time is at least 20mins so I just waited for my takeaway. Waited for like 10 mins, I am getting so hungry that I feel giddy. My expression became moodless due to giddiness. After 20mins later, my takeaway was finally ready. When I took my takeaway, the lady boss complaint to other customers saying my face is 'Black'. This is a very rude remark. I feel offended. I am merely giddy that causes me to have a mood-less face yet was been accused as 'Face Black'. I did not defence for myself as I was feeling very giddy due to long waiting time for 1 packet of rice. As a restaurant owner, attitude and service are very important. Even if the food is nice does not means that their attitude can be bad. We pay for good food AND service.
