Bad and shady service

After waiting for a month for my order, I called to cancel it because we would be leaving town. The order had not been shipped, but the customer service rep said for security reasons she could not cancel my order over the phone It had to be received in writing. REALLY? I figured the letter would get "lost" in the mail or they would ship my order before receiving the letter, so I asked for their email address. I sent my request to customercare@***.com. When I returned home from my trip I came home to dead plants on my doorstep. I checked my e-mail and it said undeliverable address. No domain for honeycreeknursery.com. Buyer beware!!
