The crew came by unannounced. Luckily, I was home. Initially, when I started my service, I told them not to come unannounced. They were here for 5 minutes. The gutters had no leaves and charging me 214.00 RIDICULOUS ! I also had gutters installed last year. What an agonizing time. Nobody spoke English. They really did a lousy job.
