We bought the book and access code card to Mastering Biology. Keep trying to install it. Says bad access code. Error Code 84. Customer Service says you are next in line for an hour?????? I refuse to pay for another access code ($80. My college student has already missed a week of assignments. He is not the only student in the class with this issue. A third of the class is missing out. Pearson has a monopoly on educational products including the wasteful Common Core Curriculum. Someone in government needs to take this up. Help! User's recommendation: RUN, take another instructor who uses different materials.
