If you call the 800 number, you are likely to get one of the illegals (wetbacks) that they employ. All of them are very unprofessional and rude as well as useless. The website will show items as in stock until you place the order. If you dont ask, they will not tell you that your order is on backorder. I had to chase them down and ask where my order was to learn that it was instantly on backorder upon receiving my order. I would not have placed the order if they were honest enough to reveal that there were none in stock.
