I ordered on 11/3/2018 The order status says "Order Received". All the phone numbers on the website and in the Contact Us section do not work. No email response from customer service. I would like my money refunded ASAP. The money from the order was deducted from my account same day but have not seen any progress since. I fear this was a fraud company and now after reading more into it, there are others who have had similar experiences. I would like a response from some one please.
