We had misgivings but used this company to help with a leak in our basement. They "guarantee" their work (meaning, until you've paid). Then, you are on your own, and yes, with the same leak that you had before you paid these crooks. They are very $$$ and that is because you will pay for their neat little TV ads - not for quality work. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
