Cant believe that a six month old tub has an issue is one thing, can believe local dealer service is awful but the most unbelievable issue is Jacuzzi telling me if its warranty issues you have to deal with the retailer. This means to me they dont stand behind their products. Waiting 3 weeks for service and they still cant come User's recommendation: Don’t but a Jacuzzi hot tub!
