I have found out from experience and live through the horror stories my friends told me about before starting United Healthcare. Now I'm finding out at the changing my plan from the Dual Choice complete to dual choice that I get 87 rides for the year but can't utilize those past 60 miles and that's crap man besides that I can't find the primary doctor who accepts the plan. I literally spent a week calling doctors and doctors and family clinics and all the above to only be told over and over we don't accept that insurance. User's recommendation: Go with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
