I could type a book about the awful experience. Let’s just say, 2 months on an AC claim and still no install date scheduled. They dropped the ball then sent someone out for a 2nd opinion../ the same guy!!! Commitment of a replacement in 5 days, that was alarmist 15 days ago. The out of the blue they send another company out to take pictures, guy is drunk! On average, each call results in 4 transfers. all end with the “promise” of escalating the issue and no one calls back. Never! They point the finger at sears who points back to hms. Turns out, sears has no one to do the work in the area because people have quit. Now I have no choice but to go through them for my boiler, we had a detailed convo about the issue to send the right people out. Sears shows up, he’s an AC guy and knows nothing about boilers! Here we go again. It 100 degrees in my house and I have no AC in my home and no hot water and they don’t care! I have to wait 48 hours to get a boiler guy, and even the divisional manager of sears sucks at keeping customers informed. I’ve asked hms to find another company or allow me too, that was escalated too... I won’t get a call back I guarantee it. They deserve negative stars.
